So, the model is available for preview right now for some specific users. According to its past release patterns, it will be available for Chat GPT Plus users and Enterprise Customers to gain complete access.

Open AI has announced that they will reduce the token prices, they said; “passing on savings to developers” in their process.
GPT 4 Turbo tokens of input are three times cheaper as compared to GPT 4 tokens. The tokens cost $0.01 and $0.03 for output tokens which is half the price of tokens of GPT 4. The prizes decrease in the same way as the previous model. GPT 3.5 Turbo tokens were also introduced as three times cheaper than the previous version of GPT 3.5 with a 16K context window. GPT 3.5 Turbo was of price $0.001, and outputs were half of this price, they charged just $0.002 per token.
It is essential for developers that are using the version of GPT 3.5 Turbo of 4K context window as the token prices reduce by 33% now. The prices are exclusively better in the latest 16K version of GPT 3.5 turbo.
